PMBI Subprocessors

CANalitica engages the following subprocessors to help provide the CANalitica PMBI service. Consistent with Section 2.3(d) of the Microsoft Standard Contract, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice before a new subprocessor is given access to Personal Data, by updating this page and noting the change below.

About the AI Summary feature: Users choose which AI model generates their narrative. Only the structured metric summary needed to generate that specific narrative is sent — not raw uploaded files, and not data from reports where the feature isn’t used.
